    The last day to have hotel reservations included with your registration is July 15th. Attendees registering after July 15th will need to book their own accommodations.


    Cancellation Policy:

    The last day to request a cancellation and receive a full refund is Wednesday, July 22nd. To cancel your registration and ask for a refund, please send your request in writing to WLA@amigos.org.

    On behalf of the Wyoming Library Association, we invite you to join us as a valuable  partner for our 2026 Annual Conference. This year, our gathering is centered around a  powerful and timely theme: "Thriving Together." 

    In an era of rapid technological shifts and evolving community needs, Wyoming’s  libraries remain the bedrock of connection and growth.     • A skirted table (your choice of table 8' x 3' or 6' x 3')

    Booth materials may be mailed to the conference hotel one week prior to the conference. Please clearly indicate that packages are for the Wyoming Library Association Conference and include your name.
