The Challenge, introduced in the 2008 legislative session as Senate File 29, was passed by the Legislature to become Senate Enrolled Act 40 and signed into law by the Governor as Wyoming Statute 18-7-201 to 18-7-205.

This is an unprecedented opportunity to raise permanent funds for the library system and its future through the library's foundation endowment.
