The menu will feature Birria Tacos—flattop-fried and filled with pork, cheese, onion, and cilantro—served with dipping broth. A cash bar will also be available.

The Wyoming Civic Legacy Trolley Tour takes you on a fascinating ride through Cheyenne’s most vital public institutions: The Wyoming Law Library, The Wyoming State Library, and the Wyoming State Archives.
This is a free event available for attendees of the WLA 2026 Conference. An RSVP is required. Be sure to book your spot quickly. Seats are limited!
