[WLA-CYA] ATTN: Collaborative Summer Library Program participants

I have had several email messages from the CSLP regarding the summer reading cd's (in the manual).

The following problems have popped up with the CD:
1.  no jpegs of the Get a Clue slogans
2.  two files with naming convention problems (a / caused problems with the files containing the handouts from the manuals)
3.  the YNK clip art folder has an access problem

Highsmith did a reprint of the CD (at no charge to CSLP) and will send two new CDs with every order. 

Libraries who placed orders with Highsmith should wait to receive the replacement CDs with their order.  Two replacement CDs will be included in each Highsmith order until May 1.

Member libraries who did not order from Highsmith may call 1-800-448-4887 to request their copies of replacement CDs. 

 New CDs will also be sent to the state reps.
