[WLA-CYA] Sister libraries

 Hey CYA,
Just a reminder for those libraries that were at the spring section meeting 
and were assigned a "sister library", please make contact with them to 
remind them that WLA is coming up and we would love to have those libraries 
not represented at the spring meeting to come and join us in Cheyenne in 
September.  I know it is a little late if you are not planning to go, but 
just a quick e-mail to let them know they are important to the section would 
be great!
