Dear WLA Members,
While we are basking in the successful passage of Senate File 29, I want to 
thank all those dedicated library supporters who have worked for years 
(decades even!) to raise awareness of the service public libraries make 
available to all Wyoming residents, as well as the need for predictable 
funding adequate to provide excellent services.  This success is certainly 
built on your hard work and lessons learned.  Thank you.
