WOW!  Congratulations everyone.
I plan to be at the signing ceremony just to represent you, our WLA
members.

I want to informally thank some special people (this is not or can not
be an exhaustive list)

Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the "Dawn Treader".
I believe we are treading upon a new dawn of possibilities for Wyoming
libraries.

Library Endowment Challenge Program passes the House-60-0!

With 9.1 million appropriation to start the endowment program!

This is an important piece of legislation this session, enhancing the 
state wide county library infrastructure. Wyoming*s library system 
is one of the most integrated systems in the nation and this 
one time funding will give our libraries funding opportunities 
when our excess mineral revenues subside.
