Library Endowment Challenge Program passes the House-60-0!


With 9.1
million appropriation to start the endowment program!


This is an
important piece of legislation this session, enhancing the state wide county
library infrastructure. Wyoming’s
library system is one of the most integrated systems in the nation and this 
one
time funding will give our libraries funding opportunities when our excess
mineral revenues subside.
