Below is the text of a message from the very proud and rightly so, Lucie Osborn, library director of the Laramie County Library System.

She sent it earlier today to the Directors elist.

Congratulations to Lucie, her staff, the Cheyenne community and Laramie County.

YES, you've made the great state of Wyoming shine (AGAIN) in the American library community.

YEEHAW Y'ALL.  WHO WHEE!

Okay...where's the decaf. coffee.  Heck with that...where's the champagne?
