[WLA-All] State Library's toll free service updated

Our toll free number has had some changes made to it.  Here are some highlights:

The attendant voice does not ask to "press or dial 1 to continue."  The voice welcomes you to the state library and goes right to the menu.  If you press one to continue, you will get reference, and we'll be happy to forward your call to the person whom you wish to talk to.

The menu now is:

#3 Library Development
#4 Business Office/Acquisitions 
#5  Lesley and Jerry
#6  Publications & Marketing
#8  Access Services

0 is the "state library operator."  That will ring to 777-6333 if the caller is uncertain who to talk to.

As a reminder the toll free number is 800-264-1281.
