   I'm the hang-up and Laura has given me till the end of the day
   to supply an article for my allotted space.

One other note:

A key bill for WLA and the public library community in Wyoming has finally been given a number.  
It is Senate File 29.  We hope it will  be successful this year.

Our Legislative Committee has been working on this for many months in a deliberate and detailed manner. The leadership of Cynthia Twing as chair previously and now by current chair, Cathy Butler have kept them moving forward despite the disappointment of last year.  The enthusiastic and wonderful help from our lobbyist, Marian Schulz, has also been a catalyst for where we are today.

Look for more updates from them in the near future.
Day 1 of the session is Monday, February 11, 2008.
Don't forget the WLA Reception on Feb. 20.
