[WLA-All] Budget Amendment

Great news!  The conference committee passed a $1.8 million budget 
amendment, which will increase the appropriation for the  Public Library 
Endowment Challenge Program.
AND, the House Education Committee unanimously voted Senate File 29 out of 
committee.  It will be heard in the House next week.
Thank you to each and everyone of you who has worked to build support for 
this bill.  We still have a ways to go, but it is looking very good!
