[WLA-All] Legislative Briefing

For those of you attending the legislative reception in Cheyenne on February 
20, there will be a pre-reception briefing at 5 p.m. in the room next to the 
ballroom where the reception will be held.  Marian Schulz, WLA lobbyist, 
will bring us up to date on the bills affecting Wyoming Libraries.  Hope to
