Please join your colleagues in Cody, Wyoming for the 2008 Annual Meeting of the Midcontinental Chapter of the Medical Library Association, "Open Spaces, Frontier Places": October 3-7. It's a great opportunity to focus on health and information access on our rural and urban frontiers.

Earn credit for attending either or both of the preconference classes, offered by the National Training Center and Clearinghouse (NTCC) of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, Oct. 3 & 4, 2008. 

Instructors from the NTCC will be traveling to Cody specifically for these classes! 

NLM Gateway and ClinicalTrials.gov Class (attendees are awarded 3.5 MLA continuing education credits) 2:00 PM-5:30 PM Oct.3, 2008.

PubMed(r) (attendees are awarded 7.5 MLA continuing education credits.) 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Oct. 4, 2008

The classes are free!!  You do not have to register for the conference in order to attend.  Public librarians are welcome and can learn more about using these specialized databases while earning credit.  Classes fill quickly and spaces are limited, so don't delay!
