[WLA-All] 2007 WLA Annual tidbits

Greetings WLA members/2007 conference attendees,

Sending before too many more of you get on the road.

Conference registration will start at 4 pm on Wednesday, Sept. 12.
We had originally planned on earlier start but had to go with later time.
It will be in  Carol's Cafe right by the main doors and in the area close
to the hotel registration desk.  The hallway to it and the conference 
area will be directly behind you if you stand facing the hotel registration desk.

WOW!  We have over 270 registrations.
We also have 51 vendors.  Laura Grott, our
Executive Secretary has been working hard
to find places for them. THANKS ALL!
Make sure you visit these folks who 
contribute so much to the financial 
well being our conferences.

Travel weather for you to get here
looks great. Conference weather looks great.
Travel weather back home doesn't look bad
for Friday or Saturday.

Little America renovations continue
but sign age to main building is good
where hotel and WLA registrations take place.
Conference programs will be in this building too.

Don't forget to review proposed Bylaws 
changes for Thursday pm Business meeting.

We've had to make some time/locations changes 
for some programming after the programs were
printed.

Little America requested more time for our breakfast,
luncheon, and Awards Banquet set ups.
We're having to rely extensively on the use
of the Wyoming Ballroom area for programs and meals.
