[WLA-All] WLA bylaws revisions

Dear all,
Sorry for any cross postings.  This is a matter of importance to your 
Wyoming Library Association;  please act on this matter.

We will vote before the convention and on line.  WLA bylaws say 
voting does not have to take place at the convention, and if not done 
face to face the majority vote carries the amendment.  Please see 
article XVII amendments:

I will give everyone 30 days to comment and then turn things over to 
our bylaws committee.  The proposed changes will then be posted again 
and everyone will have 30 days advanced notice, after which time, I 
will call a meeting (session) on line each member who wished will 
cast a vote.  The majority of those voting will determine the outcome.
