[WLA-All] Legislative Reception Chair needed

Believe it or not, February will be here before we know it!  And of 
course February means Legislative Reception.  And the Reception 
Committee is in need of someone to chair it...this has traditionally 
been someone from the Cheyenne area, but would not necessarily have to 
be with our improved access to conference calling.  The Chair of this 
committee oversees the details of the reception with the help of a hardy 
group of volunteers.  I know that Elaine Hayes, former chair has a good 
guide of what needs to happen, when.  If you would be interested in 
taking on this project, please let me know.  Thank you.
