All Ghost Ranch Fellows & Mentors - '02, '03, '04, '05, '06

Please join us for a fun evening of catching up & enjoying some of the
best MPLA people!! 



Who:Fellows and Mentors from the MPLA Ghost Ranch Leadership Institute
from 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 are all invited to attend and to
renew old acquaintances and make new ones! MPLA Board Members & Leadership
Committee Members are also invited. Spouses and partners are welcome.



Date:Friday, March 16th, Hyatt Regency Albuquerque, 330 Tijeras NW 



Dress: Certainly not black tie --- Casual is just fine for a Friday night



Time: 6:15 PM No-Host Cocktails in Bolos Saloon, hotels 1st floor. 
7:00 PM dinner in another room of the hotel (will be posted)



Cost:$33 -- includes dinner, dessert, taxes and gratuity but does not
include alcoholic drinks. (We can bring them from the bar)



Entre:Chicken or vegetarian (same price for both)



Reservations: Please email me ([ mailto:marying at msn.com ]marying at msn.com)
letting me know you want to make a reservation. Indicate your choice of
chicken or vegetarian entre. Also indicate if you will be bringing anyone
else. I need this information no later than February 15th. If you have
already contacted me about your intention to come, just let me know which
entre selection you want. We already have reservations for 40 people.



Payment: Although it is less convenient than Pay Pal, we are going with
checks for payment because Pay Pal charges at least $3 per transaction so
that dinner would have to be $36+ if we go that route. Please make checks
payable to me (Mary Bushing) and send them to: 2121 S. Tracy Ave, Bozeman,
MT 59715. I need to have them no later than March 2nd (thats a Friday).
At the dinner I will have a receipt for each of you made out to you
specifically. If I do not receive your check by March 2nd I will assume
you are canceling your reservation. We will not include you in the final
dinner count for the hotel. 



Wear your conference name tags (or your library ones) to help those of us
who seldom forget a face but have a heck of a time getting all the names
right!!! 



I want to express my special thanks to Val Nye, Ghost Ranch 03, College
of Santa Fe, for her work on finding a place for the dinner, negotiating
terms, etc. I could not have made this happen without her wonderful help.
