Happy New Year!  Another year has flown by and it's dues time.  I sent out 
reminders in November, but thought you could use a reminder and a dues renewal 
form (in case you misplaced yours).    Many of you have already renewed - thank 
you!

Upcoming Events:  

Legislative Reception - Cheyenne - Plains Hotel - February 8, 2007 - Look for 
more details in the upcoming newsletter and @ wyla.org.

AWARDS!  Start thinking about that special person that makes a difference in 
your library or for your library.    Nominations, history, past winners, etc., 
can be found @ wyla.org.  Here is a link to the history of the awards and

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IF YOU NOMINATE SOMEONE, YOU MUST SEND SEVEN COPIES OF 
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION TO ME BY THE DEADLINE.  Many times people will send in 
the nomination with no supporting documentation and not enough copies of the 
supporting documentation.  Thanks for your help with this!

2007 Convention - Cheyenne  We will be in the newly remodeled (June 2006) 
Little America.  It's going to be a great event.  Mark the date:   September 12 - 
15, 2007.

Dates have already been selected for 2008 Convention - October 8 - 11, Casper 
- Parkway Plaza.  They are currently working on a total renovation as well.  

Spring meetings will be announced as they take shape!
