[WLA-All] State Library to be closed Dec. 24

Happy Holidays to all,

The Governor has made it a happier occasion for us with the announcement that all state offices will be closed on Monday, December 24, 2007.

We'll be closed both Monday and Tuesday, the 24th and 25th.
We'll be open on Boxing Day, Dec. 26 and the rest of the week.

At this time, we anticipate being open all day Monday, December 31. 

WYLD Libraries open over the weekend and on Monday which have serious access problems should use the WYLD pager .

CALLING the PAGER
To contact a WYLD staff member after 5:00 pm and on weekends for emergency support, call 307-633-0799 . You will get this message: 
"Welcome, You have reached the Page Plus Network, at the tone please enter the number you wish displayed" 

The "number you wish displayed" refers to the number you want to be called back on. Please make sure this number does not reach an answering machine, if you have an automated attendant please include an extension with the number. 

EMAILING the PAGER

If your problem does not prevent you from connecting to WYLD or WILL you may also send an e-mail message of up to 180 characters to the pager. This message will be displayed at the pager and can be useful to indicate the type of problem to the WYLD staff person. The e-mail address is wyldpager at will.state.wy.us 

These are the kinds of problems considered "valid" for after hours calls:

Cannot connect to WORKFLOWS 
Cannot connect to WILL website or email 
Cannot access WYLDCAT 
Cannot access external Databases through WYLDCAT or GoWYLD.net
