Dear Friend,

We are pleased to invite you to attend the 3rd annual Rocky Mountain
Children's Literature Conference on the campus of the University of
Northern Colorado.  The conference will take place the evening of
October 6th, and all day October 7th.  

We have a terrific lineup of authors and illustrators:  Richard Peck,
Pamela Duncan Edwards, Henry Cole, Laurie Keller, Justin Matott, and
Debbie Dadey -- as well as interesting sessions dealing with a variety
of aspects of children's literature in home, school, and library
settings.  This year we are also pleased to be able to offer CEU credit
for the conference; information will be available at the registration
table Friday evening. 

Please share the attached brochures with other teachers and librarians
who have an interest in children's literature.   More information and
