[WLA-All] Libraries directory clarification

Please DO NOT send me corrections without either:

a) mailing back the printed sheet with your listing
b) telling me whether you are correcting the online version or last
year's print directory. 

We have two versions of the directory -- last year's print version or
the online directory at http://cowgirl.state.wy.us/directory 

Information differs between the two. If I do not know which one you are
correcting, I have to guess and am likely to get it wrong.
