WLA REGISTRATION REVISE ALERT!

This revision only impacts ONE DAY REGISTRATIONS USING OPTION #1 w/meals.

Please note a correction on registration form - Option #1 w/meal package:

One Day Registration w/2 meals: (The cost is wrong)  THIS IS FOR THE PAPER 
REGISTRATION SENT TO YOU ONLY!  IT IS CORRECT ON THE WEB FORM.

Please note, the cost is $20 less across the columns than what is indicated.  
This is for ONE DAY REGISTRATION ONLY w/MEAL PACKAGE ONLY.  The One day 
registration for Option #2 is correct and it is correct on the web.

If you are registering for one day only and using the meal package plan, the 
costs should be:

WLA Member - By 8/28 - $70.00   By 9/15 - $80.00  By 9/22 - $90.00
Non Member -  By 8/28 -  $90.00  By 9/15 - $100.00  By 9/22 - $110.00 

If for some reason you miss it, I will adjust either your credit card, your 
PO/VOUCHER, or  will send refunds.

I'm also attaching a revised form for your convenience.  These prices reflect 
the change!
