It is up to the speaker/sponsor of the program to do so and to ensure their equipment is compatible with any equipment or internet connection provided at the conference facility. Though Internet access is available, there is no guarantee regarding connectivity or speed. Each meeting room is equipped with a single lavaliere microphone and/or single handheld microphone with stand, and a projection screen.]
